In partnership with an important genset manufacturer company, EEI supplied a storage solution MaxBESS, installed in a gas station in San Sepolcro (AR), Tuscany.

In the gas station, have been recently installed some EV fast chargers. To meet the increased power demand, without changing the contract with national energy distributor, the customer chose a hybrid system composed by genset and storage. EEI provided 2 MaxBESS for a total power of 140 kW and a capacity of 144kWh.

MaxBESS is the All in One solution for C&I, totally designed and manifactured in Italy, in Vicenza.

In off-grid mode, MaxBESS works in parallel with the genset, in order to optimize consumption and to shave the peaks.

Besides, if the power demanding matches the MaxBess size, the genset can be turned off, to reduce consumption and pollution.

Since MaxBESS is certified CEI 0-21 and CEI 0-16, it can work also on-grid, if the genset is temporarily out of order.
